If the required size is unavailable in a particular model, then the customer can choose from available models or wait till the size in the ordered model becomes available. An exchange is not possible for accessories. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

This kind of damage is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty. Customers are therefore advised to check the products thoroughly at the time of purchase at the sales point. SPG cannot be held responsible for cosmetic damages found after the purchase.

Products for a warranty claim must be sent to our Chennai office (address at the end of this page) for inspection. The cost of sending the product is to be borne by the customer. On inspection, if SPG finds the issue to be a manufacturing defect, we will ship the repaired/replaced product free of cost back to the customer.
Products approved for a warranty claim will be repaired or replaced as deemed appropriate by the company. In all cases, the warranty period is only two years for helmets and six months for apparel. Any replacement done during this period will not prolong the warranty period. In case of replacement of a product, the replacement will be done based on availability. SPG cannot be held responsible for the non-availability of a product when a warranty is processed. It will be replaced once the stock is available. In case of the model not being available / discontinued, SPG will provide the customer with an equivalent model. There will be no refunds for non-availability. Please note, if a component is replaced it might not match the original color perfectly.
Motorcycle helmets/protective riding apparel are prone to get soiled with sweat and dirt. We kindly request our customers to clean the product thoroughly before sending it to us for inspection. For hygiene purposes, products that are not cleaned will be charged Rs.500/- for professional cleaning before our staff will inspect it.

So no issues from SPG till then, when I wear this helmet, I felt discomfort and there are pressure points especially around the cheeks. And too tight while taking off the helemt. So I skeptical about the size and sent a mail to SPG about the fitting and I needed an opinion from the sales executive. After sending an email, received a reply in 48 hrs and another reply was sent. In the end of I didn't get what I wanted (speaking to the sales executive), so I messaged a friend ("spiltrez" on YT) and he guided me on this. so if you are buying a premium helmet first time this is for you. Measure your head size and buy the exact size. Get a helmet as small as possible but without too much discomfort and pressure areas. Because as you start using it, it adjusts to your head shape and eventually loosens.
A bit heavy (1.5 to 1.6kg)
Quality: You'll notice it after wearing. There is definitely a big diff between regular helmets and premium ones. I would recommend everyone to buy a decent quality helmet
